Management Team

Natasha Dalton | General Manager

Natasha’s love of working with seniors started while growing up in her close-knit, Newfoundland hometown–Harbour Main. Natasha’s mom had devoted her life to the care and companionship of seniors which inspired Natasha to continue down same path with the same passion and commitment over the last 20 years.

Natasha started her career as a PCA (Personal Care Attendant) while attending university. The fulfillment of this position led her to continue her studies at the Center for Nursing where she completed a Licensed Practical Nursing diploma. Since then she has devoted her heart and soul to geriatric care in both the private and public health care settings – mastering her clinical skills and building strong relationships with provincial health authorities, her colleagues and the residents and families she has served. Most recently, she joins Westbury Estates with 5 years director level experience as head of Nursing in her previous role at a large personal care home in St. John's.

When not working Natasha can be found enjoying time with her family outdoors on the local trails and parks.

Natasha is eager to continue her excellence in leadership to ensuring that our seniors are at the very core of everything we do.

Halyna Fesenko | Care Team Lead

Halyna dedicated her professional life to healthcare and spent more than 10 years working as a physician in Ukraine. Originally from Ukraine, she has moved to Newfoundland and joined Westbury’s team in 2022. After a year of working as an unregistered care provider, Halyna obtained care team lead position to employ all her skills and knowledge for the well-being of each resident in Westbury.

As a part of a care team she is very enthusiastic in providing compassionate care and fostering a sense of community among residents and team members.

Halyna is a mother of two daughters. Outside of work she enjoys watercolor painting, hiking with her family and taking photos of breathtaking landscapes.

Overall, Halyna’s goal is ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and assistance tailored to their unique needs.

Amanda Greene | Recreation Manager

Amanda grew up in Carbonear with her mom, dad, and older brother. She later moved to St. John's to start her journey at Memorial University to become a primary elementary teacher. After she graduated in 2009 in search of a job in teaching, she found herself working casually as a PCA (personal care attendant) where she truly found her true place in life, loving and caring for seniors. This was very close to her heart, especially after her grandmother's passing. Working with seniors always kept her connected to her grandmother.

Amanda’s journey never stopped there. Her compassionate, fun, and creative side led her to her true passion in life- - recreation, and social wellness. Helping to maintain and improve the emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being of our seniors while keeping each day fun and engaging.

When Amanda is not working at the job she loves so much, you can find spending time with the most important person in her life, her son; traveling and adventures with her significant other and the rest of her family or on a walking trail with her little walking buddy Bella, her energetic Boston Terrier.

Amanda is ambitious, devoted, and passionate about her role in recreation. "If you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life.” Amanda loves her job, and it shows each day with the residents and staff at Westbury Estates.
